HOT POT!


 This was a winner! Included ingredients Scallops, Shrimps, Clams, Mussels, 2 eggs slowly hard boiling, bok choy, water crest, garlic, onions, and scallions. The soup base was water (with dried sardines for flavor), with a Korean bean paste and a spicy paste and...... KA BOOM!

 The cold tofu was there to help cool your mouth down, topped with fresh grated ginger and scallions...
