Pork Chop!


Fay brought home some chops she got from Grand Central Market and so we pan fried them in shallots, garlic, and a rosemary sprig. Then topped it off with a nice gravy! (beef broth, drippings, garlic,shallots, cream, rosemary,and butter) whooo hoooo! I got the garlic shallot idea from this place go there for the steak for two or anything else on that menu...rules!
