sriracha wings


Made some wings the other night. Kinda based on the standard Buffalo wing but using Sriracha instead of Franks (which is awesome). I added a bunch of butter and brown sugar to the Sriracha sauce and cooked it down. The butter mellows out the intense flavor of Sriracha while the brown sugar adds a nice sweet bite. These wings came out tasty!
