The Fry'n Hawaiian....


 Been on a frying tip lately....healthy? no. tasty? YES.
This is my version of Karaage...And as always I forget to shoot the final photo...Sue me!
Marinate it in a Soy based marinade pat dry flour then fry... easy.

Just Chillin


I got a craving for Chili last night at 830pm ran down to the store before closing and made Chili. I keep it simple with mines.... it can be made in so many ways. How do you make chili?

I do like to top it off though... Lil Cheese, Sour Cream & Onion aint hurt nobody... After a bowl of this you too will be Chilling.

The Verdict...Oven Kalua Pig


Wow. How I manage to wait this long to make this dish at home. DISSCLAIMER: THIS DOES NOT BEAT WHAT YOU CAN MAKE IN AN IMU AS NOTHING CAN TOP AN IMU. but it sure does taste fricken good when youre 5000 miles away from home! Alittle Liquid smoke, salt, cabbage, and love made this a WINNER!!!
 Tender for a fork....Just da way we like it.
Done Shredding.
After all that shredding transfer to a pot add some broth and cabbage and you are done!
