Left overs/Fried Rice


Had some leftys over... We made garilc shrimps the night before and a chicken breast that needed to be cooked... So with the chicken breast I diced it and seasoned with curry powder and cooked it with sesame oil...Add rice, more curry powder, veggies, diced shrimps, and 2 scrabbled eggs... boo yea.

Mah Ma Po Tofu

I've Been making variations of this dish for a minute now, I tend to like it on the milder side of things...In this version I used a ton of minced ginger and garlic that I sauteed with the pork. this gave it an amazing sweetness to it. I added peas, carrots, black bean sauce, chili sauce, vegetable stock, corn starch, jalapenos, and green onions to make this one a winner.
I added fresh peanuts as a garnish which gave it a nice crunch and flavor to the dish...Honestly we couldn't stop eating it! The ginger made it zing!
